Booking An Appointment

To book a half hour time slot, please call us during our temporary opening hours on 01908 261120 or message us on Facebook or send us an email. Please let us know your name, contact telephone number and the date and time you wish to visit and we will confirm it with you. We’re really looking forward to seeing you!

We are allocating half hour time slots for each appointment. We know some of you travel a distance to see us so we can be flexible. We request that you come into the shop alone. If you wish to shop with a friend they too can book an appointment at the same time, we will need their name and contact number too.

We aim to be as accommodating as possible and really value your custom and support. Where possible we would like to check with you in advance to see if there is anything you particularly require. We can then prepare a selection in advance to make best use of your time in the shop. If you prefer not to that’s fine, we all shop differently!

We wish to give you every confidence in shopping with us and are able to provide you with a private personal shopping appointment, if you don’t feel confident with up to 2 other customers in the shop at the same time. When booking an appointment you will need to advise us of this. The appointment service is completely free and without obligation.

We have spent so many years building up our family business and are fortunate to have found many lovely loyal customers who want us to survive this awful situation. The truth is we cannot survive this without your continued support whether that be shopping with us in our shop or purchasing with us online.


Our Precautions During Covid-19 

Mail Order - Items are packed carefully with clean hands by one person. For  courier and local hand delivery this is done contact free from a social distance.

In Our Boutique

We will ensure the highest levels of safety and hygiene are maintained by doing the following;

  • Upon entering every customer must apply hand sanitiser
  • Signage and staff will remind customers to respect social distancing inside the shop
  • Should any garment be tried on, it will be taken off the shop floor for a minimum of 48 hours followed by steam cleaning before being put back out for sale
  • Staff will wear protective visors, face coverings for customers are compulsory.
  • Ensuring that all key touch points, such as door handles and card machine key-pads are cleaned regularly
  • No more than 3 customers in the shop at any one time

We hope to provide you with a shopping experience as close to what you would normally expect. Naturally you will find, as in the summer, extra safety measures in the shop as we are all living with limitations and continuing with this ‘new kind of normal’, as always we aim to do our best.
