DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
UK Delivery will be by Royal Mail tracked 48 Hour service. This normally takes 3-5 working days at a charge of £4.95. For orders of £75 or more postage will be free of charge. Should you wish to return any of the items ordered making the purchase value fall below £75 we will deduct the postage cost of £4.95 from the amount refunded. This also applies to any free postage special offers to whichever amount is quoted during that time scale.
RETURNS
Any returns (if applicable) must fall within 14 days of receipt of goods and at the customers expense. Any returned item must be in a resalable condition, unworn with tickets attached and in its original packaging.
Please note that we are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.
We are sorry but we do not offer exchanges if a different size or colour is required you would need to place a new order.
Earrings and socks are exempt due to hygiene reasons
Reduced/Clearance/Sale items are non returnable.
To complete your return we will need your proof of purchase enclosed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is actioned, this will depend on the processing time of your card company.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ragsboutique@btconnect.com and send your item to 2 High Street, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes GB MK11 1AF.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
